<meta itemprop="name" content="How To T-Bar Row The Right Way! People often don't get it right or don't include the exercise. Watch this video to learn more about just what makes the T-Bar row so effective. Set Up - We like to use a little bit of a closer grip attachment when we are doing the T-Bar Row - Make sure to get the grip under the bar - Deadlift it up - Hips back and torso tall - Pulling inward by retracting the scapula completely - Think that you are bringing your shoulders down and back What do people do wrong? - A lot of people round and go forward with the bar, which hurts the extended position that the T-Bar row gets so much benefit from - Make sure to maintain upright position Secret Tip: - Use smaller plates! - Smaller circumference allows way more range of motion - Helps more muscle fibers to fire!
